GMarket is a digital marketplace, delivery, and property-listing platform focused on Guinea-Bissau, especially Bissau. We connect buyers, stores, deliveries, and property advertisers through the app.

You are responsible for keeping your phone and password secure and for providing accurate details (name, contact, address). Accounts used abusively or fraudulently may be suspended.

GMarket operates the platform. Products and prices belong to partner stores; property ads belong to advertisers. In some flows GMarket organises delivery; in others we only facilitate contact. We are not always a party to the contract between you and the store or advertiser.

Prices are shown in CFA (XOF). Availability may change. By confirming an order, you accept the total shown at checkout, including delivery fees when applicable.

You may pay on delivery (cash or transfer on receipt) or with a GPay balance displayed in CFA francs (XOF), when available. Specific balance rules are in the GPay regulation, a document separate from these Terms. Payment on delivery is due when you receive or pick up the order, unless otherwise stated in the app.

Home delivery and store pickup depend on area and store. Timeframes are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, or stock. You must provide a correct address or contact point in Bissau.

You can cancel in the app in early order statuses. Returns: factory defects only, within 7 days of delivery. On a delivered order, use “Return product”, explain the issue and upload a photo. Items without a factory defect, used without manufacturing failure, or past the 7-day window are not eligible. Each request is reviewed by the team.

Property listings are informational. GMarket is not the legal intermediary of any sale or rental contract. Visits, negotiation, and paperwork remain between you and the advertiser. Always verify details before any commitment.

You may not use the app for fraud, illegal content, harassment, spam, fake listings, or to harm other users, stores, or the service. We may remove content and restrict accounts in these cases.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, GMarket is not liable for indirect damages or for deals made directly between users and property advertisers.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the app after material changes means acceptance of the new version where the law allows.
